Next on our trip we visited the city of Rosario for a meeting with architect Gerardo Caballero.
We went to Estudio Gerardo Caballero in Rosario City to see him.
Architect Gerardo Caballero, designed the 100 000 mt sq  Ciudad Ribera Projects consisting of 7 buildings with 500 units among apartments, hotel, commercial and office space.
The development is being carried out by Ingeconser SA.  Juan Carlos de Zaballa, General Director of Ingeconser in Argentina, was not in the country during our visit, though has been requested to provide the specs to us. The construction of this project has just started. It has a total cost of USD 75 million and will be finished in 3 years.

Aldo Lattuca y Asociados
Aldo Lattuca Jr. received us in their headquarter in Rosario. Lattuca & Asociados is the biggest construction company of the area.  There are now developing  two 45-floors buildings in Rosario named Dolfines Guaraní. Unfortunately, the contracts for the heating and ventilation systems were closed 3 weeks previous our visit, but they have other project to develop for which we will be taking into account for quotations.
