This Real Estate Development Company develops multifunctional projects in Argentina and Brasil. It has recently invested USD 40 million in Forum Puerto Norte Project, in Rosario city. Forum Puerto Norte  is a project of 40 000 sq mt. for which we will receive some plans to provide quotations. This project is already in construction, and though the initial plan was to use floor-heating system, they are open for other proposal. We will also receive the plans for an office building that will be constructed in Buenos Aires (Belgrano)

Faena Properties: General Manager Alejandro Belio
Faena Group is developing the most luxury projects of Puerto Madero, in Buenos Aires. We discussed the possibilities including Jaga in the Aleph project. This project, which is to be developed with Foster & Partners,  is on hold now, but there is another project for which we will get the specs to make an offer. This new project is a Convention Center.
