NDP Ukraine Water Resources
Crimea (part of Ukraine) has started a project to create a solution for the lack of water supply. Before everyone blamed the government for the problems with the water supply and pointed their fingers at other nationalities in the area. “Shared difficulties can bring people of different backgrounds together”, so a project was created in which the villagers of all nationalities work together to solve the water problem. The population now works together to divide water while also strengthening their ties with the government. “People feel more responsible now they’re involved, which makes the project sustainable.”
