Andrea Bocelli is an Italian tenor that sings classical as well as popular music. He became famous in Italy by winning the Sanremo Festival in 1994 and got his international fame form the song you’re hearing now, which he recorded in 1996. When Andrea was born he had an eye disease. At the age of twelve an accident with a football caused blindness. Nowadays Bocelli is able to see a tiny bit with only his right eye.
