Alta Velocidad España
The "Alta Velocidad España (AVE)", is a high-speed train that connects Barcelona and Madrid and will eventually also lead to Paris (France). The traject of Barcelona-Madrid is being used since February 20 2008. Now it still takes 2 hours and 38 minutes to get from Barcelona to Madrid but this will speed up after the test-period. A very ecological and fast way to travel far.

We were in Barcelona for five days. Johnny got sick and had to stay in bed for two days. One day there was filled with the Jaga Forum and 1 day we had to spend at the police office because Magda’s purse got stolen. Luckily that left us with one day to explore this beautiful city with the temperature of 16-21 degrees! Antoni Gaudi with his astonishing architectural pieces of art determined Barcelona’s city scene in a beautiful manner.
